1. Purpose of Registration
By creating an account with Elite Sports University (“ESU”), you are:
- Creating a user profile within the ESU platform.
- Providing contact information for communication.
- Expressing interest in ESU programs, services, or events.
- Gaining access to view programs, schedules, and registration opportunities.
Registration does not constitute:
- Enrollment in any class
- A membership contract
- A training agreement
- A financial obligation
- A waiver of liability
- A guarantee of service availability
A separate agreement may be required prior to participation in any program or service.
2. Consent to Communication
By registering, you expressly consent to receive communications from ESU via:
- Email
- Phone call
- SMS/Text message
- Automated or prerecorded messaging systems (where applicable)
Communications may include:
- Account notifications
- Program updates
- Scheduling information
- Event announcements
- Promotions and marketing materials
- Operational announcements
Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe Policy
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:
- Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
- Text: Reply STOP to any SMS message.
- Account Settings: Update communication preferences (if available).
- Email request: Contact ESU directly.
Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent ESU from sending:
- Transactional messages
- Account-related notices
- Legal or policy updates
- Safety notifications
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree that:
- All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- You will update your information if it changes.
- You will not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
- You are at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian is registering on behalf of a minor.
ESU reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts containing false or misleading information.
5. No Guarantee of Services
Registration does not guarantee acceptance into any specific program, availability of training slots, pricing guarantees, or future service availability.
Participation in programs requires separate approval and agreement.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
ESU may collect and store your personal information for operational, administrative, and marketing purposes.
ESU will not sell personal information to third parties.
Data handling is subject to ESU’s Privacy Policy.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
ESU is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
8. Minor Registrations
If registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian must complete registration and assumes responsibility for communications and account management.
Additional consent and liability documents may be required prior to participation.
9. Modification of Terms
ESU reserves the right to update this Registration Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Registration Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Electronic Acknowledgment
By clicking “I Agree & Create Account”, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Registration Agreement.
- You consent to communication from ESU.
- You understand registration does not constitute enrollment or contractual services.
- You agree to electronic record storage of this agreement.
12. No Service Contract Created
This Registration Agreement does not create a service contract, membership agreement,
training agreement, or liability waiver. Separate agreements will govern participation in ESU programs.
